A record counts once, however often it changesYour plan measures how many records are under sync, not how many times they move. Edit a row a thousand times this month and it is still one record — content that churns costs exactly what a static catalogue costs.
The sync engine is the same on every planTwo-way sync, conflict resolution, webhook and scheduled triggers, field mapping, and every connector are on Free exactly as they are on Scale. Plans widen the volume and the scope around that engine, never the engine itself.

Airtable is live and fully supported — any base, any table, in either direction. Google Sheets and Notion are coming soon, and land on every plan including Free when they ship, at no extra cost.
Which Webflow plans does Synclify support?
Any Webflow site plan that includes CMS — the CMS, Business, and Enterprise plans. It won't work with Basic or Starter sites, which have no CMS Collections.
Does Synclify sync in both directions?
Yes. A connection can push Airtable into Webflow, or run bidirectionally so edits made in the Webflow Editor flow back into the base. Direction is set per connection and can be switched later.
What happens when the same record changes on both sides?
Synclify flags a field-level conflict instead of overwriting. You review the source value against the Webflow value and choose keep source, keep destination, ignore, or mark resolved — individually or in bulk.
Will it duplicate the items already in my Collection?
No. Before the first sync, Synclify pairs existing CMS items with source records using the identity field you pick, and surfaces ambiguous matches for review. Only genuinely new records are created.
How fast does a change reach my site?
Airtable webhooks trigger a sync as soon as data changes. You can also run on an hourly, daily, or weekly schedule, or trigger manually. Auto-publish is an opt-in switch per connection.
Can I invite my team?
Yes. Invite teammates as members and they can create and manage connections, sites, and syncs. Owners keep billing, team management, and organization settings. Seat counts depend on your plan.
Is my data safe?
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and all traffic uses TLS 1.3. Your content is read at sync time and written straight to Webflow — we don't warehouse your source data.
What counts as a synced record?
One row Synclify holds in sync between a source and a Webflow Collection. It counts once for as long as it stays connected, however many times it changes. The number is a standing total, not a monthly allowance — nothing resets and nothing accumulates.
Am I charged per sync run or per update?
No. Runs and updates are unlimited on every plan — sync hourly, on every webhook, or both, and edit a record as often as the work needs. Only the number of records under sync counts. Plans do set how many Webflow sites and connections you can wire up, and those limits are listed in the comparison table.
Does my record count go down again?
Yes. Take records out of sync — pause a connection, remove a Collection, retire a site — and they leave the count. A seasonal catalogue only costs you while it's connected.
Is there an annual plan?
No. Every plan is billed monthly, at one price, and you can change or cancel at any time. Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
What happens if I reach my record limit?
A run already in progress always finishes — we never stop mid-write and leave a Collection half-updated. You'll get a notice as you approach the limit, and can either take records out of sync or upgrade; changing plan takes effect immediately and is prorated.
